VMO Against Walltransversus abdominus stage 1


  • Lean sideways against the wall, standing on your operated leg.
  • Bend the non-operated leg up against the wall in front of you.
  • Use the non-operated leg to push against the wall while keeping your balance with teh muscles of the operated leg.
  • Hold for 5 seconds.
  • Repeat 20 times at least twice a day.
