  • Lie flat on your back with both knees bent and your feet flat on the floor.
  • Place a length of elastic around your knees. Your physiotherapist will supply you with the correct grade.
  • Keeping the elastic tight, lift your bottom off the floor until your stomach is flat.
  • Hold for 5 seconds.
  • Repeat 20 times at least twice a day.
