  • Lie on your non-operated side with your legs in line with your shoulders and hips.
  • Raise your operated leg up as far as is comfortable.
  • Turn your raised foot inwards so that it points down
  • Hold for 5 seconds.
  • Repeat 20 times at least twice a day.
    If you find this position unstable, bend the knee of the supporting leg.
